Franz Grabmer, born in 1946, was managing director of the Stifts- und Salzachmühle and the Stiftsbäckerei from 1975 to 2007. His main work was the relocation and fundamental modernization of the Salzachmühle from the site on the river Salzach to Salzburg-Aiglhof. On September 1st, 2007 he handed over the mill to his successor and leased the Stiftsbäckerei from Saint Peter's Monastery.
